Description
The EPICURE research protocol aims to build a database of 18FDG (glucose analogue) PET imaging before and after treatment for 300 patients with metastatic breast cancer.
The long-term goal is to extract imaging biomarkers that are prognostic through radiomic analysis.
These results will be compared with clinical, histological and multi-omics data. It is the analysis of all these data that will make it possible to determine patient and cancer profiles, from which personalised, innovative and effective therapeutic strategies will be developed.
