The ILIAD consortium, which includes the ICO, the CHU de Nantes and CHU d’Angers, Inserm, CNRS, the Universities of Nantes and Angers, the Ecole Centrale de Nantes, Arronax, Atlanpole, the Cancer Registry, the Pays de la Loire region, AF3M, and Europa Donna, is proud to invite you to the Launch Day of its new project on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at the Faculty of Pharmacy in Nantes.
Following a competitive evaluation led by an international panel, the excellence of cancer research conducted within the consortium was reaffirmed with the prestigious SIRIC label in December 2022, positioning Nantes-Angers among the eight national reference sites. This highly distinctive label offers a unique opportunity to enhance cancer research efforts in the Pays de la Loire region over the next five years and to gain international visibility.
During this launch event, we will be honored to welcome Professor Norbert IFRAH, President of INCa. His address will be followed by a round table discussion with all SIRIC partners, who will express their support for the project.
SIRIC’s doctors and researchers will then lead various interdisciplinary medical and scientific sessions. For more information, please see the program for the Launch Day.
